Calico EMR operates this public product website. This notice explains the information involved when you browse calicoemr.com or email us about the product. Contact zach@calicoemr.com with privacy questions.

Browsing the website

This site serves static pages and local product images. It does not use visitor analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party demos, account registration, or a contact form. The site code does not set cookies or use browser storage.

Fonts and product screenshots are served with the site. Viewing them does not request assets from an external font or demo service. The demonstrations contain synthetic records.

Hosting and technical information

The site is prepared for Cloudflare Pages hosting. When delivered through Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes technical connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address and request metadata. Technical logs may be retained according to the hosting service and its configured settings.

Cloudflare explains its handling of service data in its privacy policy. This notice describes our website code; it does not claim that network providers collect no technical information.

Email inquiries

Contact links open your email application. If you choose to send us an email, we receive the sender address, message, and any other information or attachments you include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage related business conversations.

Email is processed through the email providers involved in sending and receiving it. We retain correspondence for responding to inquiries and related business needs. We do not state a fixed retention period here.

Please do not email patient information, medical records, payment card details, or passwords to the public business contact. If your inquiry involves a practice's records, contact us first for the appropriate process.

You can browse the product pages without providing information through a form. You choose whether to contact us and what to include in a message.

To ask about information you have sent us, or request correction or deletion of your correspondence, email zach@calicoemr.com. Describe the request without including sensitive records. We will review the request and respond about the applicable next steps.

Clinical and payment services

This public website does not collect patient records or process payments. This notice covers the public product website and business inquiries. Practices and patients should use the privacy and support information applicable to their clinical or payment service.
